The real estate market in the Wine Country continued to be strong as we moved into the first quarter of 2021. Nearly every metric in every region had strong, positive gains. As we approached the first anniversary of California’s Shelter in Place orders, Sonoma and Napa Counties continued to be a popular destination for buyers from large cities looking for less density and a better quality of life.
Urban flight and the work-from-home movement are driving the Wine Country real estate market as locals and outsiders alike seek homes with larger and more useful indoor and outdoor living spaces.
